Im impressed with the customer service I received from TTracing, especially from Dianne. I purchased my TTracing desk back in 2023 and recently I realised tht I had misplaced some of the desk pulley parts. I reached out to TTracing to explain my situation and Dianne was incredibly helpful and responsive from the very beginning. What really stood out to me was how swiftly she handled my request. My issue was resolved within 24 hours, which I honestly did not expect, especially considering that the desk was purchased a few years ago. Dianne was patient, professional and genuinely helpful throughout the process. It is rare to come across this level of after sales service these days and I truly appreciate the effort she put into helping me. A big thank you to Dianne and the TTracing team. Great product, but more importantly, great customer service even years after the purchase. That definitely says a lot about the company.
