Ordered 4 insulated mugs on July 29. It is now 63 days later and I have not received them. I check tracking every day and it always says delayed. I may be happy with the product if I ever receive it but at this point I am beginning to wonder if I’ll ever get them. I should have read the reviews before I ordered since there are many complaints like this. I had actually thought of purchasing others as Christmas gifts. This is not going to happen since they probably wouldn’t get here by December 25. You have to wonder if this website is a scam. Consider shopping elsewhere.
