Delayed delivery
Made an order on their website on Monday. It stated 2-4 business days. It was only delivered the following week. As result of this, I lost 4 orders totalling 100€+, got 4 1 star reviews on my seller profile and was banned for 1 week for failing to complete my orders. After a bunch of excuses (1st was the carriers fault, then they met the 4 days, then the 4 days only counted after the package left their warehouse and it's in transit time, not delivery time, so if they take 2months to process it, that's OK, and they have meet the deadline), they "recognized" their error, and as a loyal costumer who had spent 800+ on fillament in the last month (and half of said month I was in vacations) I got a 5€ voucher for my trouble. I definitely won't be using it anyway, because as I said to their support after they told me to use off brand to fix my problem. I will just go off brand. Cheaper and next day delivery with Amazon.
