Outstanding Service and Accommodations
This was my first time working with EzraCard on a project, and the service and item quality were so outstanding that I can say with certainty I won't be looking for a different manufacturer! If you stop reading this review now, please take my word for it and choose them!! You really won't regret it. I won't name any names, but originally, I was working on a very immediate-deadline, high-stakes card project with another manufacturer. Though, late into development, a supply chain issue prevented them from being able to meet the tight deadlines I was working with. I was left scrambling, wondering whether I'd have to cancel the entire project, until I began talking with EzraCard! I worked with Jalin, a wonderful representative of the company, who was able to work with my now even tighter deadlines and truly deliver. In the end, I was left with a product with higher-quality materials and construction, a lower production cost, and, miraculously, an even faster delivery time than with the other manufacturer!! End product details aside, if Jalin's level of care and service is indicative of other representatives of EzraCard (and I have good reason to believe it is!), then I can guarantee you'll be happy choosing them for your next project.
