WattCycle is a true stand up company. I ordered a 24v 314Ah battery and had some issues that were of my own creation. The customer service support was fantastic. I work with some large machine companies here in the USA and they should model their service after WattCycle we all would be happier less stressed people if they did. I worked with Talia on my issues and worked our my issues with a very favorable solution. Thank you Talia for being a great customer service agent to work with. Now onto the battery. This battery is amazing. The build quality is far above what I was expecting in the throwaway society of today. It is actually a steel case and built very solid. The finish on the battery is superb you can tell this is a company that cares about the product they are putting out in the world for use and from the customer service side of things they care about their customers as well. Shipping was great as well. Two days and I had the battery I was expecting a week minimum but again they exceeded my expectations. I am extremely pleased with WattCycle and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs some high quality batteries that wants to get more than they are paying for. Again highly recommend WattCycle thank you so much.
