Terrible quality and zero customer…
Terrible quality and zero customer support for expensive appliances. I purchased a premium BEECO HQD-314Pro Kitchen Composter (Order #115553596) that cost hundreds of euros, and it completely broke down after just 14 months of regular use. The mixing blades are totally stuck. I contacted customer service and even told them I was willing to pay out of my own pocket for a replacement part, but they still refused to help me. Instead, they offered me an insulting 5 USD in shopping points. This premium appliance is now just expensive trash because there are no repair services or parts available. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had!
