What you receive is not what you think you ordered!
I ordered “Rooted in Love” from this company. I received the item after a long period of time and was extremely disappointed. The picture on the website depicts the item as a stand alone block of carved wood and what I received is basically an ornament. The price was also way too high for what I received. I asked for a full refund for this but after several emails ended up settling for a 15% refund. Don’t order from this company!
