Avoid at all costs
**Very disappointing experience with Sava Bikes.** I purchased a Sava bicycle, and the brake caliper developed a serious issue that caused brake fluid/oil to leak onto the brake pads, making the bicycle unsafe and unusable. I contacted Sava customer support, but after **more than three months, the issue still has not been resolved**. I have a bicycle sitting unused because of a problem that should have been handled through warranty/support. What is even more concerning is my experience with negative reviews. I have noticed that negative feedback appears to be removed, which makes it difficult for customers to get an accurate picture of other people's experiences. I have kept documentation and evidence regarding my case and have also been in contact with other customers who have reported similar problems. I am currently considering **legal action** and will be pursuing the matter further. I would strongly recommend that potential customers carefully research Sava Bikes' warranty and after-sales support before making a purchase. This review is based on my personal experience and the documentation I have regarding my case.
