Atrocious communication with support
Support does not intend on doing anything about the fact that delivery tagged as "instant" was delayed by well over 24hr (still not delivered). As per the seller: " top-up server wasn’t detected.". Its funny since I bought exact same product on other site and everything was done within a couple of minutes. So: There are scammers selling there and Itemku do not want to do anything about it. One of them is Center Cegel Seal. Horrendous experience.
