Difficult to connect to esim and use roaming data in some locations. After 3-4 hrs of trying to activate, had to give up & purchase a new esim. Three different persons tried to help and 3 times went through same process. Airolo may not be as useful in areas of spotty service. Tried to top up my esim but the app is stalled out trying to process pmt. Vacation travel & time is precious and trying to resolve esim issues is not how one may choose to use their valuable time.
