Pollo AI

What I liked most abouUseful AI Animation References for Clearer Team Communicationt Pollo was being…

What I liked most about Pollo was being able to use existing character artwork to visualize movement and acting. It helped me show animators actions that are difficult to communicate through still images alone, such as transitioning from a greeting to a cheering pose or changing to a surprised expression. The image-and-text workflow made it easier to describe the scenes I wanted. Specifying the starting and ending poses, action sequence, speed, and fixed camera helped me refine the results and create useful animation guides. Pollo also fit well into my existing production process. I could plan movements using artwork and storyboards, then share the generated videos with animators to communicate timing and acting direction. An unexpected benefit was that watching the videos helped me identify which connecting movements were needed between poses. In terms of performance, Pollo was useful for previewing motion and evaluating animation ideas. Results sometimes required several attempts, particularly when precise hand movements, character proportions, or perspective were important. Simple, clearly defined actions worked better for my needs, while complex movements required closer review. Even with these limitations, the generated previews helped me identify revisions before giving detailed instructions to animators. For me, the value for money comes from reducing the time spent creating reference material and explaining movement. The more often I use it for animation guides, the more valuable it becomes in my workflow. There was a learning curve in writing detailed prompts, but creating individual scenes helped me learn how to use the tool effectively. I cannot comment directly on customer support, but once I learned how to tailor instructions to my production needs, Pollo became more useful. Its greatest strength is using AI to turn character artwork and movement descriptions into an initial animation reference. It gives me a practical starting point for reviewing motion, refining acting, and communicating ideas to my team.
