Extremely disappointing seller protection
I have been a seller on G2G since December 2023 and have also been an active buyer on the platform. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I provided extensive evidence in a dispute, including official game-support communications, account activity, login history, gameplay records, Anti-Cheat evidence, and the complete timeline of the transaction. The same case was previously investigated by G2G and resolved in my favor. Despite this, the case was reopened and I was asked to provide additional information that the game developer itself does not provide. I even contacted the developer specifically to obtain the requested information, but they explicitly refused to disclose it. What is most frustrating is feeling that the available evidence is not being properly considered, while additional requirements are being imposed that are practically impossible for a seller to fulfill. As a long-term seller, I expected a more balanced dispute-resolution process and reasonable protection when there is substantial evidence supporting the seller's position. This experience has seriously damaged my confidence in G2G, and I am now considering stopping my game-account sales on the platform.
