Ordered raised letters for the tailgate…
Ordered raised letters for the tailgate of an F150 truck. I contacted the seller and they refused to fully refund me my money even though I have provided them with photographic evidence pointing out they sent me the product that does not match the description of the item they advertise on the website. They offered to pay me 7 USD and I paid with shipping 35 USD then said I should accept the 7 USD and that I can give the product to someone that can use it. If it doesn’t fit my truck it surely want fit anyone else’s truck. If you order from This company you should not expect a good product or a refund for a fraud product they provide! The customer service responds quickly but does not make the customer happy!
