Confirmation system did not work and poor delivery packaging
2 main reasons that makes it not worth buying from this shop again. 1. Email confirmation system does not work. The payment transaction was completed, and the page says there will be an email confirmation sent. This sort of thing is usually instant, but turns out something was not working. Few hours passed and still nothing, so I had to reach out to support and ask for the email confirmation myself. The support response was decent and prompt, but if things were working as intended, there won't be a need to contact support. 2. Delivery packaging was completely ridiculous. Basically, I had 3 items. All 3 items were put into a brown paper bag (which is made of thick paper), before putting the whole paper bag into the polymailer. So the result is, the package was squashed, the content (boxed items) inside were squashed too. And the person packing, also decided to use a narrow brown paper bag, that is too small for the boxed masturbator (1 of the items). Such poor packing method is like asking for the entire package to be squashed right? And the end result is it did get squashed. Furthermore, I am not sure which party manhandled the package but, there was a huge tear across the package. It tore through the polymailer, and because inside it is just the brown paper bag, with an odd shape due to the bigger box within, the brown paper bag tore as well. Interestingly, someone must have caused the tear knowingly, because the tear was covered with a clear masking tape to tape up the tear. The tear length is about 10cm, so there goes the point about discreet packaging. Just to be clear, the polymailer tore, the brown paper bag tore, and the packaging (box) of masturbator got crushed and tore as well. At the end of the day, sure, the items itself were fine, and it's not like I have any uses for the item's packaging. Hence, my 2 star review. My point is - use a box packaging if the items are larger than your brown paper bag. But why should I subject myself again to this poor purchase experience again? I will take my money elsewhere with better standards.
