“Your latest app upgrade has been a complete failure. I’m disappointed. The material covered in the lessons isn’t reflected in my scores, and the program was a mess overall. I’ve pointed out several translation and explanation errors over and over, but none of them have been fixed. It feels careless, and the service the program provides is far too expensive. I no longer want to take any more lessons.”
