Assistance was good but could have been better.
Recently acquired a house with a 15kWh APX-battery installation. I upgraded it with one extra module. There was now a mismatch in BMS-sw. I asked for an OTA-update for the older modules. I got it, which was great, but it took a month, When it was done - I didn't get any release notes or anything like that. The new sw made it so that the modules would go in to a deep sleep state when they are left at (I guess) around 10% for (too) long - an SOC-setting set by Growatts own AI. This never happened before the update. Now I've had to wake up the battery twice, when it failed to wake up for grid charging during low cost hours. Could have been nice with some information about this new behavior/logic. Previously the batteries could sit there around 10% with an active trickle charge of about 200W, for several hours. Not anymore. OTA-updating is nice but this could have been handled with more information and transparency.
