Order completed, but very poorly organized
The order was eventually completed, but the overall experience was very disappointing. The boosters repeatedly died on the last two bosses, the raid was split, and I had to wait for around an hour. I was then invited to a different raid that I had not purchased, which caused further confusion and delays. The remaining two bosses were eventually rescheduled to around 4:00 AM. I had originally rejected 22:30 server time because it was too late for me, and the seller arranged 20:15 instead. The seller did eventually complete the order, but the repeated deaths, poor organization, waiting time, wrong raid, and rescheduling made the service much more difficult and time-consuming than it should have been. I hope the company can improve communication and organization with the boosting teams to prevent this from happening again.
