In June, July and August Pollo 3.0 for video using elements was amazing. The quality has dropped dramatically in the last month. The model is not utilizing the reference elements properly and it’s making very poor quality imagery and animation. I’ve been experimenting with newer prompting and trying new reference elements, and I’ve tried re-running successful attempts from August. Very noticeable difference.
