Scammers!!
I placed an order online with an estimated shipping date about 1.5 weeks to a few days before my event. Over a week past and I checked the status of my order. It was still processing. I reached out to customer service to cancel my order because it didn't even look like they started on my order. They reply saying I can cancel for a 40% refund plus shipping. I told them that was not acceptable. How are they going to steal more than half my payment for something I never received and I had ordered standard sizes. Then suggested i receive the items and i can return it for 10% store credit or a 5% refund. Their refund and cancellation policy says you get a partial discount but it doesn't say how much. That is robbery. I called them out on it and they said fine, I can get 80% of my money back. BEWARE!! They are scammers that love stealing from the customer.
