My honest experience after 15+ orders
My honest experience after 15+ orders I used to really like this site. Early on, agents were friendly, replies were fast, and most of my first 15+ orders arrived without major issues. But recently the service has gone downhill, and I can't recommend it anymore. Shipping is the biggest problem. The app says 7 to 12 days, sometimes 3 to 8 days, but my last six orders took over 30 days. One took 35 days. The delay isn't the courier. It's their internal process. They're slow to gather your items and even slower to dispatch. They also act as a middleman, not a direct supplier. Most items aren't in their own stock. Once you order, they contact a supplier to get it. If an item can't be sourced, they usually don't tell you. You have to message them and ask why your order is stuck. Only then do they admit an item is missing. About 60% of my orders were delayed. Consolidation and fees are another mess. They advertise package consolidation but offer no clear guide on what can be combined or what will cause problems. You can end up with items that can't be returned or that need very expensive shipping. You might also get hit with taxes or VAT. After your packages reach the warehouse, extra shipping fees can appear without clear explanation. That makes it hard to plan costs. Communication is also poor during Chinese public holidays. The service basically stops, and there's little to no notice. Agents are offline most of the time now, and replies are much slower than before. On products and returns: from my experience, many items aren't held in their inventory. I only received one order with poor quality items, and they offered a discount on my next order. I appreciated that, but a discount isn't the same as a refund. Getting a real return or refund seems very hard, especially for expensive items. They'd rather negotiate and give discounts than pay for return shipping. I also don't fully trust the Trustpilot reviews here. The company gives points or rewards for leaving positive reviews. That can push people to leave good reviews even when their experience wasn't great. They also have their own review system with points, and from what I saw, reviews on their site seem to be approved before they're published. So negative reviews may not show up. This can trap you in a cycle. You get points, maybe around $10, then feel like you should order again to use them. The star rating alone doesn't tell the whole story. Read the negative and recent reviews. Other problems: you can't cancel an order even one minute after placing it. The app feels outdated and needs a big overhaul. If you need something urgent and you live in the EU, source it locally or buy directly from China and use a shipping forwarder. I understand they offer some things other places don't, and that's why I kept using them. But the drop in service quality is hard to justify.
