Order No.: LLM00033718. I am sharing my terrible experience with the site known as Linensloom. I placed an order on June 6, 2026, for delivery to Lebanon. Linensloom charged the order amount immediately. Three weeks later, having received nothing, I sent several emails asking for an update on my order. In July, the company replied asking me to choose a different delivery address. I provided an address in Dubai, but received no response despite sending several follow-up emails. I then sent multiple emails requesting the cancellation of my order and a refund of the amount paid. Their last response was on August 5, 2026, stating that they would check with the relevant department. As of today, October 4, 2026, there has been no news from them—no update on my order and no refend of my money. Their service is abysmal; there is no respect, no follow-up, and no professionalism. They are thieves. Be careful: do not make the same mistake. Stay away from this site and do not order anything from them, or you risk losing your money.
