Yina from customer service is one of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Our conversation lasted maybe more than 2 months ( because of my reasons) but everytime I contacted back to Yina, she was always very helpful, understanding and patience. This company is very lucky to have Yina. On the other hand, the product I bought got chipped and and defected very fast. I still love the design idea and how user friendly it is but i believe if mine wasnt a defected one, quality should be improved.
