Product Not Delivered, No Refund, and No Meaningful Support
My product was not delivered, and I have not received a refund. I have sent numerous emails requesting updates and assistance, but each time the company replies with the same generic message, offering no useful information or help. Despite my repeated follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved. This has been an extremely frustrating experience. Based on the lack of delivery, refund, and meaningful customer support, I would not recommend this company and strongly urge others to think twice before buying from them.
