This is a huge mistake. I purchased the Ultra Plan for one year because I wanted to use the unlimited plan. But after purchasing it, I realized that there is a major scam happening behind the scenes. Even when there is no one in the queue, they deliberately set the estimated waiting time to something like 180 minutes. It feels like the long waiting time is being intentionally created. Do you think this is fair? I’m really disappointed after purchasing the Ultra Plan for one year.
