Super bad faulty item return
After 2 weeks plus I got my refund back hopefully will be more faster! When you received a faulty item which caused a few hundred dollars and arranged a few times to return the item with dates the courier never came and said no one home... When my item is placed outside my unit as I stayed in the condo it quite safe. Keep calling the help centre they said will solve it but it never it already over 2 weeks.....
