I have used on several occasions. Last spring in the Bahamas the paid for phone app did not work, despite repeated attempts wasting my time with your chat. I am now in Rome. 1st, I wanted a phone/data app that was hidden under global, so ended up with data only. That took 2 hours to load, again with your chat, as the name was not visible after the download. 3rd, now I am in Rome and cannot send an iMessage, getting a message saying MMS must be on- when it is. You have messed up a previously good product and I will look for another provider.
