Very disappointing after-sales service…
Very disappointing after-sales service for the Shark TurboBlade Bladeless Fan (TF200). The delivery was swift when I first placed the order, but the return/pick-up process was extremely frustrating. The pick-up was delayed by 5 days and was only carried out after I stated that I would escalate the matter to CASE. Even after the Shark TurboBlade TF200 was collected, my refund was still not credited after 4 days. The order remained under “validation”, even though Shopee’s website indicated that it was the last day for the refund to be processed. While the initial delivery was fast, the after-sales service, communication and refund process were very disappointing. Having to chase repeatedly just to get the item picked up and the refund processed was frustrating. I do not recommend this seller based on my after-sales experience.
