This company is a total fraud
This company is a total fraud. Their hand warmers were recalled and I provided all of the info that they needed to issue me a refund. I have never received the refund although they continue to tell me it was approved. I suppose at this point the refund will never be issued. I give up. It’s just not worth it to fight with them anymore over $25. I recommend that you never do business with them
