VALORANT POINTS
This is my 6th time purchasing from SEAGM and I’ve never experienced any problem before, but today was different 😭 It’s even worse because today is my birthday, and I used the money I got as a birthday present to buy 5,350 VP. I paid RM171 because I trusted SEAGM since I’ve already purchased from them a few times before. Usually, they deliver the VP instantly, but this time it took around 10 minutes… and guess what? I DID NOT RECEIVE IT. 😭 They told me to restart my game, so I did. VP still wasn’t there. I even restarted my PC and still nothing. I also double-checked my Player ID and I KNOW I entered the correct one. I did not give them the wrong ID. Honestly, I’m really disappointed because this happened on my birthday of all days. 😭 I just hope they can resolve this properly because I paid RM171 for something I haven’t received.
