Bad customer service experience and poor item quality
been a long time customer since 2022, never had any issues with the size chart although the quality has been hit or miss. ordered a cosplay and the skirt didn't fit. it was much smaller than it said on the sizing chart and the entire cosplay felt very cheap. when i tried to gently unlace the corset top it literally broke apart in my hands and the backing completely separated. i didn't even get to try the item on. it was $80 for the set but felt more like worth $15 at most from aliexpress. very cheap and ill fitting. on top of that, i sent an email to customer service with a paragraph and photo detailing my issues with the costume. within 10 minutes (at least it was fast lmao) i received a dismissive, one sentence reply from denise. she just said i couldn't return it since the item was damaged and best regards! well, it was probably damaged because the quality was so poor that it broke apart in my hands. dont even bother asking for help with customer service. dont bother buying if you are gonna try to get anything returned.
