Hello EveryBody, I contacted Ulanzi because I wasn’t sure how to remove a part from my C078 Super Clamp Magic Arm Kit. There was a misunderstanding in the emails, and while trying to remove it, I accidentally damaged the screw/ball joint. I sent them a video and honestly expected them to say that since I had damaged it myself, there was nothing they could do. I would have completely understood that. Instead, they asked for my address and arranged a replacement. I thought they would just send the damaged part, but to my surprise they sent me a complete new unit, which arrived very quickly. I’m genuinely very grateful for how they handled this. They could easily have said, “You damaged it, sorry,” and that would have been the end of it. Unfortunately, that’s probably what I would expect from many other sellers. Instead, they actually tried to help me and solved the problem without making things difficult. Thank you to Eyre and the Ulanzi customer service team. I really appreciate the help. More sellers could learn from this kind of customer service.
