Customer Service done right
I was especially happy to talk to a real Customer service representative immediately rather than having to jump through AI chatbot loops. It took a few days to hear back from support, but that was no problem at all since Olivia understood my issue and came up with a solution immediately. I plan to keep using Oneisall products, especially since the warranty is backed.
