Your product did not work, I sent you a mail previously, in which I explained that knives did not work couldn’t peel a potato, I requested either a refund or send me a new pair… That was the litmus test for you legitimacy and ethical business practice…. I I have not heard back from you which leads me to believe that you’re not gonna honor this sale. You sold me a fully product it couldn’t even peel a carrot…. You are probably an overseas company so therefore not under US jurisdiction, however, having purchased your product or non-product online you are subject to public opinion thanks to the Internet and I will not hesitate to warn people that you are selling a faulty product unless of course you wish to reimburse me or send me a new set that actually work.
