Unreliable, no show driver. No compensation.
We turned up at the airport at Fiji and waited and waited searched and searched and our driver never turned up. Our family with the kids and elderly grandmother, were stuck there. Fortunately we're able to make alternative arrangements as we were there in the middle of the day. I have no idea what we would have done if we arrived at night. We paid $100 for the taxi reservation, couldn't get in touch with TravelThru as we were in a foreign country, even via WhatsApp. Then had to try an arrange another taxi and then had to pay for that on top. I took the approach of booking this as it presented as a reliable option but could trust this company. I contacted them subsequently and they passed the buck back to my original booking company. So apart from booking with them and then taking your payment, on every other level they were unreliable. They did say sorry though.
