Awful customer service
Awful customer service, when asked to change my bike order I had to tell them in more than 3 seperate emails because they couldn't understand or forgot what I said. After I asked to cancel my order they send it anyway so I had to tell my delivery driver to send it back. Very unhappy with how I was treated
