First time purchaser of any figures, loveliest experience.
I was stressed at first going into this whole experience I hadn't realized I bought a pre-order, but once I started communicating with customer support all my worries disappeared. They were so helpful through the whole experience, and they answered all my stupid worried questions in very quick time which was honestly the most surprising part haha. It came, no surprise costs, I used a payment plan which was also super easy and I even got an extension from them which also eased my worries and I was so grateful for. Truly so thankful to the makers and especially the customer support, whoever I was messaging on whatsapp was the loveliest person. Thank you for this, I will be buying again!
