Olddshop will not respond to emails. Olddshop will not allow returns unless shipping damage or a mistake they made.
I ordered two sweaters on 09/12/2027. I went by the size chart and ordered on a size smaller than I normally wear. Two weeks later they arrived. I tried them on and they were too big for me. I sent emails to olddshop for over a month and no response. I finally received an email today stating I could not return them for being to big. It took me getting my bank involved to even get an answer.
