Second Hand NeoBlade support
I purchased the NeoBlade and the NeoSander second hand and was having an issue with the NeoBlade charging. I wrote to support and explained what was happening and even told them it was second hand. They still helped me troubleshoot the problem and got the charging working again. Most company's would have just tried to get money out of me or hot helped at all.
