Avoid Agoda – Refusing refund for 1-minute booking error (Booking ID: 1783276548) Due to a system error, an incorrect booking was placed. I submitted a cancellation request within 1 minute of the transaction. Zero impact on room inventory, yet Agoda refuses to refund and hides behind rigid policies. Zero empathy, terrible customer resolution, and untrustworthy system.
