Terrible experience
Terrible experience, my order was preordered and paid for, the expected shipping date passed no movement on the order, I chased through the help chat bot, got automated responses saying they would get back to me, nothing happened. Emailed customer service, no responce. In the end I have opened up a dispute with my credit card provider to force a refund. This company is simply awful.
