Bus left us even if it’s not 8:30 yet
The bus captain called 20 minutes before the departure to inform us that they were leaving EARLIER than the intended time. The bus operator was 707Inc from Singapore to Genting Highlands for a 8:30AM departure. Directions going to bus pick up at choachukang was also not clear. We got lost because of the construction & they didn’t provide clear location even with the google maps. Will not recommend to book if they are not considerate and not clear with their directions at all. Customer service can’t be reached too.
