They cancelled my reservation with no additional explenation. AI generated reply that the hotel cancelled it, i additionally contacted the hotel which confirmed that they did not get any reservation from Agoda. After that you can contact support but only allows AI generated questions. Many years ago Agoda was ok, now not worth it, booking is so much more reliable.
