Agoda processed our payment then cancelled our booking. Refunded the payment then charged us over $700 to rebook the same room etc We called to ask for an explanation. They were not helpful and blamed it on the hotel wanting more money. She said when you saw that the price had gone up , you could have booked a cheaper hotel. Really Iris? Is that the best you can do. Never again.
