Excellent binder and company!
I very seldom leave reviews but I cannot praise this company enough! I got my first ever binder from them and overall I give them 10/10 stars for both the product and customer service. The first binder I ordered was based on their size chart and my usual size (the measurements for myself must have been off in hindsight). The first binder that came in was unfortunately too small for me, so I reached out to do an exchange thinking that I could send the small one back. What I didn’t realize is that binders classify as intimate apparel and cannot be returned. (To fluxion staff: I am SO SORRY! I thought of it more like a “spicy tank top” than underwear!) Despite being unable to accept the small product back, they were extremely kind and supportive. I appreciated their patience as they took the time to help me figure out an appropriate size and sent the new one out right away. A few days later I tried on the my new binder and it fit like a glove. When I saw my reflection, there was an instant smile on my face. I guess I wasn’t expecting it to work as well as it does but goddamn does it look fantastic! But the way it looks wouldn’t mean much if it couldn’t hold up during a full day of activity. I wore it on a trip to a theme park to test it out and it survived a 14 hour day with flying colors! It was so comfortable to wear all day. I didn’t feel the need to constantly adjust it, it didn’t ride up, and it didn’t feel scratchy or awkward. Just consistent support from what felt more like a crop top. I am genuinely very impressed with this binder and will be getting another one. If you’re a first time buyer like me, I can confidently say that this is a great company to order from!
