You delay perpetually all communications, actions, and responses to customer queries re. Warranty status. You make the customer pay for warranty-related shipping and overseas custom, duties and taxes on warrantied items. Fooled me once? Never going to buy from Yoeleo again. Over-rated and disappointing - when it comes to warranty claims. And finally, Yoeleo wheels are not any better or worse than the dozens of other Chinese carbon wheels available - BUT you do have the hutzpah to charge premium prices!
