Paid for a pro membership
Paid for a pro membership, certain generations were advertised as "10 days free unlimited", but in fact, they were very much limited to only a certain amount of generations per day and you had to wait till next day to do other ones. Pollo.ai has responded to me saying that all generation content have to comply with their rules but it’s not an issue as soon as you switch to a paid mode where you actually have to spend points. So if they are implying that generation is limited due to content, there’s some obvious double standards at play. If you’re not allowing certain type of content, do not allow it at all. If you do, then provide the services you promised.
