I am disappointed with the booking system as the departure and arrival dates were confusing. The system should clearly display the dates and times to avoid misunderstandings, especially for trips scheduled after midnight. Due to this confusion, I had to cancel my ticket. I hope RedBus will improve its booking system to provide a clearer and more user-friendly experience.
