Avoid this company
Avoid this company. I booked a car through this website but didn’t find out till after I booked it that the person who used their card to pay had to be the main driver. I tried contacting them to change and put me as the main driver but customer service is appalling. I decided when I get there to put myself on at the desk. They flatly refused and left me and the other guest stranded and we had to get a taxi back to the airport to hire another car. They took £211 from me and reused to pay me it back. All in all it cost me an extra£250 on top of the their charge so £461 for a hire car for 3 days. Really bad company so don’t use
