I signed up to try this company to try…
A customer service representative eventually got back to me and processed a refund. However, a 6% processing fee was deducted, so I received $67.79 back instead of the full $69.99. While I appreciate that the issue was ultimately resolved, it should never have taken a negative Trustpilot review and multiple emails, including screenshots documenting my actual usage of the service, to get a refund. My concern is not just about the money. When a customer hasn't used a service in a long time, and an automatic renewal is approaching, I believe the company should send a courtesy reminder. Customers deserve the opportunity to decide whether they want to continue paying for a service they are no longer using. Transparency and proactive communication go a long way toward building customer trust. A simple renewal reminder could have prevented this entire situation. And when a customer does reach out with a reasonable concern, resolving it should not require this much time, effort, and frustration. I'm grateful that the refund was eventually issued, but the experience itself was disappointing and could have been handled much better from the beginning. --------------------------------------------------------- I signed up to try this company to try it and used it a few times. Was not that impressed. Then noticed I was charged $69.99. I IMMEDIATELY cancelled and contact the company for a refund. They denied it and then sent me a broken link to read their refund policies. I will never use this company again and will warn others of this issue. They can clearly see I have not used any of there services since DECEMBER 2025!!! I just looked December 2025 was the last time I tried to use their product to edit a photo.
