Can’t read the description on mobile on their website.
You couldn’t read any product’s description on mobile and if you buy the wrong thing. They won’t give you a refund. I spent RM35 on a PS plus membership, Itemku described that the activation is available in Malaysia. But apparently the description that I cannot read or see because the website couldn’t be bothered to add a read description button on mobile browser so my money was gone and Itemku has yet to refund or resolve this issue. They completed the order one sidedly and didn’t compensate me or refunded me back my money.
